The form will ask for basic contact information, your health history, and any initial symptoms to look out for during the program. You will also have the option to purchase my webinar to get started immediately.

Review & Testing
I’ll review your application to see if you’re a good fit for the Signature Program, and then I’ll be in touch to get you started on the testing process.
3.
Start Rebalancing Your Health!
Once you’ve been accepted into the program, we will discuss your test results and come up with a customized plan to start rebalancing your health!
