Courtney Rinehold, RDN, CDN, CLT, CGP

Courtney is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (2007), Certified LEAP Therapist (2013), and Certified GAPS Practitioner (2015) in Fort Wayne, IN who will help you learn how to take control of your health through nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist she combines her traditional medical background with a holistic/integrative/functional approach, using real food, to help heal the whole person. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) she is trained to help clients suffering from non-IgE food sensitivities, often seen in hard to treat symptoms like irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other chronic inflammatory conditions. The MRT testing & LEAP protocol also have great success with arthritis/joint pain, acne, fatigue/energy issues, ADD, ADHD, autism, eczema, anxiety/depression, challenging weight loss, PCOS, diabetes, and more. CLTs know how to use the Mediator Release Test and implement the LEAP Diet Protocol to get clients well! The GAPS diet protocol and modifications (for gut healing, anxiety, depression, autism, and more) can also be incorporated into your plan. Learn to enjoy foods that work for you, not against you!
